Cornflakes Crumbs
The perfect cornflakes crumbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Egg size M
- 30 g Unsweetened corn flakes
- 40 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- Salt pepper
- Boil the egg hard in boiling water, quench, peel and dice.
- Coarsely crush the cornflakes by hand. Melt the butter, fry the cornflakes and breadcrumbs over a medium heat until crispy, stirring several times.
- Cut the chives into fine rolls, mix with the egg into the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Tastes good with steamed vegetables or vegetable salads.
