Cornflakes Crumbs

The perfect cornflakes crumbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg size M
  • 30 g Unsweetened corn flakes
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • Salt pepper
  1. Boil the egg hard in boiling water, quench, peel and dice.
  2. Coarsely crush the cornflakes by hand. Melt the butter, fry the cornflakes and breadcrumbs over a medium heat until crispy, stirring several times.
  3. Cut the chives into fine rolls, mix with the egg into the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Tastes good with steamed vegetables or vegetable salads.
