Meatballs with Gnocchi in Tomato Mozzarella

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 packet Mini mozzarella
  • 400 g Gnocchi
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 10 Date tomatoes
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Oregano, marjoram

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot of salted water on. For the gnocchis.
  • Finely chop the onion. Put the ground beef in a bowl, season, add the finely chopped onion and herbs as well as 1 spoonful of mustard. Knead and kl. Shape balls.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince balls all around.
  • In the meantime, cook the gnocchis and drain the mozzarella balls. Halve the date tomatoes. Leave some entirely.
  • Add the gnocchis to the meatballs, fry them briefly, then add the halved date tomatoes, carefully swirl the pan. Add the can of pizza tomatoes and mozzarella balls and let them get hot.
  • Garnish with fresh basil.
