Mini Strawberry Cake …

The perfect mini strawberry cake … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg size L.
  • 6 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Grater – chocolate
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Glaze
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Sugar
  • 250 Milliliters Water or diluted juice
  1. Mix the egg with the oil, milk and sugar. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over and stir in. Fold in the grated chocolate.
  2. Grease a small fruit tart tin (approx. 22 cm diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  3. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar and let it steep a little.
  4. Remove the base from the mold and place on a cake plate. Spread the strawberries on top.
  5. Mix the cake icing powder with sugar in a saucepan. Stir with the liquid until smooth. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, let cool down briefly and distribute evenly over the strawberries. Chill the cake for 10 to 15 minutes.
