Brownies with Oreos
The perfect brownies with oreos recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- For the cream cheese mass
- 180 g Cream cheese
- 60 g Sugar
- 45 g Butter at room temperature
- 80 g Oreos, chopped
- 1 Egg
- For the brownie mass
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 210 g Dark chocolate
- 150 g Butter
- 120 g Flour
- 80 g Oreos, chopped
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter and flour a flat, square baking pan (or line it with baking paper).
- For the cream cheese mixture, mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer on a low setting.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together (over a double boiler or in the microwave)
- Beat the sugar and eggs. Add the chocolate and butter to the egg-sugar mixture and stir with a whisk. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and oreos and stir just until everything comes together.
- Spread the chocolate mixture in the baking pan, place the cream cheese mixture on it and whisk carefully with a fork or something similar. Only a light marbled pattern should be created.
- Now put in the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes, don’t forget to test your chopsticks!
