Brownies with Oreos

The perfect brownies with oreos recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • For the cream cheese mass
  • 180 g Cream cheese
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 45 g Butter at room temperature
  • 80 g Oreos, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • For the brownie mass
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 210 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g Butter
  • 120 g Flour
  • 80 g Oreos, chopped
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter and flour a flat, square baking pan (or line it with baking paper).
  1. For the cream cheese mixture, mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer on a low setting.
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together (over a double boiler or in the microwave)
  1. Beat the sugar and eggs. Add the chocolate and butter to the egg-sugar mixture and stir with a whisk. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and oreos and stir just until everything comes together.
  1. Spread the chocolate mixture in the baking pan, place the cream cheese mixture on it and whisk carefully with a fork or something similar. Only a light marbled pattern should be created.
  1. Now put in the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes, don’t forget to test your chopsticks!
