Lemon Chicken – Low Carb
The perfect lemon chicken – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Chicken
- 1 Pc. Lemon untreated
- 500 g Green beans
- 250 g Panicle tomatoes
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- 2 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 toe Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Wash the chicken and cut open the back with a sharp knife or poultry scissors.
- Place the chicken breast-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Forcefully flatten the chicken with your hands.
- Grate the lemon zest, squeeze half a lemon and cut the herbs.
- Mix together lemon juice, zest, herbs, salt / pepper and garlic.
- Lift the skin off the chicken and spread the lemon marinade under it. Be careful not to injure the skin.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
- Slightly pierce the tomatoes, clean the beans and place around the chicken on the baking paper.
- After another 30 minutes, remove from the oven and serve.
