The perfect poultry: chicken legs baked and grilled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken legs
- Salt a.d.M.
- 4 tablespoon Sweet paprika
- 1 shot Orange oil
- Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel, put it in a suitable dish and then season on both sides, pour the oil over it, put the lid on and cook these parts at 190 degrees for a good 5 hours – the oven was not preheated – .
- I cooked the side dishes at the same time, so the 2 containers in the oven.
- Finally, I sizzled the legs under the grill for 15 minutes …
