Poultry: Chicken Legs with Lemon and Orange
The perfect poultry: chicken legs with lemon and orange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 size Corn chicken legs
- 0,5 Lemon, untreated
- 0,5 Orange, untreated
- 8 Toes Fresh garlic
- 1 size White onion
- 1 glass Semi-Dry white wine
- 3 Pinches Flor de Sal, tomato
- 0,25 Tl Paprika dulce
- 2 Pinches Pepper
- Flat-Leaf parsley to your own taste
- Wash the chicken legs and divide once and season with the spices.
- Cut the lemon and orange into thin slices
- Peel and chop the garlic, also the onion and place in the baking dish. Place the chicken legs on top
- Place the lemon and orange on the chicken legs, pour in the white wine and place in the oven and cook over medium heat for about an hour.
- Once again we only ate fresh white bread with it.
