Poultry: Chicken Legs with Lemon and Orange

The perfect poultry: chicken legs with lemon and orange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Corn chicken legs
  • 0,5 Lemon, untreated
  • 0,5 Orange, untreated
  • 8 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 1 size White onion
  • 1 glass Semi-Dry white wine
  • 3 Pinches Flor de Sal, tomato
  • 0,25 Tl Paprika dulce
  • 2 Pinches Pepper
  • Flat-Leaf parsley to your own taste
  1. Wash the chicken legs and divide once and season with the spices.
  2. Cut the lemon and orange into thin slices
  3. Peel and chop the garlic, also the onion and place in the baking dish. Place the chicken legs on top
  4. Place the lemon and orange on the chicken legs, pour in the white wine and place in the oven and cook over medium heat for about an hour.
  5. Once again we only ate fresh white bread with it.
