Vegetables: Steamed Vegetables with Cheese and Ham Sauce and Rice
The perfect vegetables: steamed vegetables with cheese and ham sauce and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The slightly sour rice:
- 1 small cup Jasmine fragrant rice
- Water and salt
The basic vegetable:
- 0,5 Red peppers, diced
- 1 size Carrot, wavy cut
- 0,25 medium sized Zucchini, wavy cut
- 0,25 medium-sized Eggplant, diced
- 2 handful Green beans
- 1 small Onion, quartered and cut into strips
- Some Italian herbs
Cheese and ham sauce:
- 0,25 L Milk
- Some cream cheese
- 1 disc Boiled ham, cut into diamonds
- 1 toe Garlic, pressed
- Clear vegetable broth, powdered
- Chilli from the mill
- Italian herbs, dried
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Cook rice in the usual way.
- Prepare the steamer and steam the vegetables in it. Mix in the herbs.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the cream cheese. Season everything and add the ham.
- When the cooking time is over, drain the rice and serve with the rest of the food on a large plate. Tastes good! Have fun copying!
