Grilled Lamb Skewers with Tabbouleh Wrap and Yogurt Dip
The perfect grilled lamb skewers with tabbouleh wrap and yogurt dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Lamb skewers
- 1 kg Lamb
- Garlic
- Parsely
- 2 Chili
- Olive oil
Yogurt dip
- 250 ml Yogurt 10% fat
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Baharat
Tabbouleh wrap
- Tabbouleh from my KB
- 8 Tortillas
- Lamb skewers: Dice the meat and marinate with the ingredients for 60 minutes. Yoghurt dip: Mix all ingredients together Tabbouleh see my KB Lammfleisch-Köfte with tabbouleh lamb on a total of 8 skewers and grill delicious all around. Briefly put the tortillas on the grill and fill with the tabbouleh. Arrange, add a little salt to the meat and serve with the dip.
