Raspberry Chia Pudding

The perfect raspberry chia pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Handful Fresh raspberries
  • 1 Handful Walnut kernels
  • 400 ml Oat milk
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 8 tsp Chia seeds
  1. Puree all ingredients in the blender until you have a smooth “milk”. Then leave it in the refrigerator overnight, but at least three hours if you want it to go faster. The liquid then turns into a pudding-like solid mass. Tastes like this or garnished with fresh fruit / berries.
