Different Seasoned Chicken Legs Cooked Low

  • 3 piece Chicken legs fresh
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 5 El Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame black
  • 1 tbsp Hot paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Forest honey liquid
  1. Let the chicken legs take on room temperature. Heat a mold to 80 degrees in the electric oven (in the middle of the oven).
  2. Lightly salt the legs and fry them in a little olive oil for a few minutes over medium heat.
  3. Now get into shape. Pierce the thermometer in the thickest part and let the legs cook to a core temperature of 70-72 degrees.
  4. When you pull out the thermometer, the meat juice must be light. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Now brush the skin side of the thighs with the forest honey, olive oil-paprika powder mix and olive oil-black sesame mix.
  6. Then grill for a few more minutes. I leave the side dishes to your taste.
