Ingredients

  • 2 Smoked pork chops
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • Coarse pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salad mix ... e.g. iceberg, tomatoes, radishes
  • Yoghurt dressing
  • Potato wedges
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  • Remove the bone from the pork chop, wash the meat and pound it evenly, season with pepper, turn the egg and breadcrumbs in the flour and then slowly fry on both sides until golden.Shortly before the end of the roasting time, add the remaining egg from the breading and let it stop., Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and keep it warm,
  • Let the fat melt in a pan, remove the pan from the plate and break in the eggs one after the other, then put the pan back on the stove and slowly fry the eggs.
  • I made the potato wedges from mashed potatoes, cornstarch and egg, I'll be posting the recipe soon ... it was a successful experiment just without photos ..... next time I'll do some.
  • The salad in this case consists of finely chopped iceberg lettuce, some tomatoes and radishes, just cut into small pieces and mix them together. My dressing consisted of yogurt, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper .....
  • Now arrange everything together and enjoy it.
  • The photos show more chops ..... I ate that at work at night tastes better than slices ...
