Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken legs fresh
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame black
  • 1 tbsp Hot paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Forest honey liquid

Instructions

  • Let the chicken legs take on room temperature. Heat a mold to 80 degrees in the electric oven (in the middle of the oven).
  • Lightly salt the legs and fry them in a little olive oil for a few minutes over medium heat.
  • Now get into shape. Pierce the thermometer in the thickest part and let the legs cook to a core temperature of 70-72 degrees.
  • When you pull out the thermometer, the meat juice must be light. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
  • Now brush the skin side of the thighs with the forest honey, olive oil-paprika powder mix and olive oil-black sesame mix.
  • Then grill for a few more minutes. I leave the side dishes to your taste.
