Ingredients
- 3 Chicken legs fresh
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame black
- 1 tbsp Hot paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Forest honey liquid
Instructions
- Let the chicken legs take on room temperature. Heat a mold to 80 degrees in the electric oven (in the middle of the oven).
- Lightly salt the legs and fry them in a little olive oil for a few minutes over medium heat.
- Now get into shape. Pierce the thermometer in the thickest part and let the legs cook to a core temperature of 70-72 degrees.
- When you pull out the thermometer, the meat juice must be light. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
- Now brush the skin side of the thighs with the forest honey, olive oil-paprika powder mix and olive oil-black sesame mix.
- Then grill for a few more minutes. I leave the side dishes to your taste.
