Simple Soup for Evening
The perfect simple soup for evening recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Sliced carrots and blanched
- 3 tbsp Frozen peas
- 6 piece Frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 piece Peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 piece Shallots chopped
- 8 piece Frozen Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp Blanched celery cubes
- 4 El Frozen beans
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Handful Pasta rest from the previous day
- 0,75 liter Vegetable broth see my KB
- 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
- 2 piece Wiener sausages
- 2 piece Garlic sausages
- 1 pinch Herbal salt see my KB
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 some Butter
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- This soup is a leftover soup mixed with frozen food and fresh vegetables. I also briefly blanched the fresh vegetables beforehand so that everything was done quickly.
- I heated the sausages in a little vegetable broth. I then cut the Viennese into the soup.
- Sauté the knobi and shallot in butter. Add the vegetables, pour on the broth and let everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Then add the noodles and the finely chopped wieners and season to taste.
- As you can see in the last picture there was (for me) garlic sausages and a Krusti. So that I get big and strong.
