Philadelphia Cake Number 3

- 3 a cup Philadelphia double cream a 175 gr.
- 300 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
- 1 piece Cake base sponge cake
- 100 g Roasted almond sticks
- 1 Cup Powdered sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Woodruff jelly
- 0,25 l Woodruff syrup
- Mix the Philadelphia and powdered sugar, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff, fold both together, carefully mix about 3/4 of the cooled jelly into the mixture with a whisk. Fold in the almond sticks and spread them on the cake base, put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Cook the divine dish according to the instructions on the package, instead of 500 ml of water, replace half with woodruff syrup and allow to cool.
- After the cake is a little firm, spread the rest of the jelly on top and decorate.
