  • 3 a cup Philadelphia double cream a 175 gr.
  • 300 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 1 piece Cake base sponge cake
  • 100 g Roasted almond sticks
  • 1 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Woodruff jelly
  • 0,25 l Woodruff syrup
  1. Mix the Philadelphia and powdered sugar, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff, fold both together, carefully mix about 3/4 of the cooled jelly into the mixture with a whisk. Fold in the almond sticks and spread them on the cake base, put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Cook the divine dish according to the instructions on the package, instead of 500 ml of water, replace half with woodruff syrup and allow to cool.
