American Cheesecake

- 100 g Butter
- 200 g Zwieback
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 2 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Sugar
- 800 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Melt the butter, let it cool down. Put the rusks in a tightly closed freezer bag, roll over them with a rolling pin until everything is finely ground. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C O / bottom heat.
- Mix the butter with the rusks, a packet of vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon, press the bottom into an ungreased springform pan (26cm).
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, gradually spoon in the fresh pulp, and process into a smooth mass. Add the lemon juice, then pour the mixture onto the crumbly base and bake on the middle rack for an hour. Mix the creme fraiche with the packet of vanilla sugar, spread on the baked cake, bake for another 10 minutes. Finished!
