Ingredients
- 4 Egg yolk
- 6 Egg Whites
- 125 g Flour
- 375 ml Milk
- Salt pepper
- Herbs to taste
- Brown butter
Instructions
- Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks until foamy. Season with salt and pepper
- Stir in flour and milk alternately
- Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the egg, flour and milk mixture
- If you like, you can fold in chopped herbs or sprinkle over the finished junk
- Heat the brown butter in the pan over medium heat. Pour in approx. 1/4 of the mixture, fry slowly until golden, turn, peel the parsley and keep warm in the oven. Prepare the remaining mixture.
- We had a mixed salad as a side dish. Bon appetit!
