Egg Dish: Spicy Schmarrn

The perfect egg dish: spicy schmarrn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 6 Protein
  • 125 g Flour
  • 375 ml Milk
  • Salt pepper
  • Herbs to taste
  • Brown butter
  1. Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks until foamy. Season with salt and pepper
  2. Stir in flour and milk alternately
  3. Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the egg, flour and milk mixture
  4. If you like, you can fold in chopped herbs or sprinkle over the finished junk
  5. Heat the brown butter in the pan over medium heat. Pour in approx. 1/4 of the mixture, fry slowly until golden, turn, peel the parsley and keep warm in the oven. Prepare the remaining mixture.
  6. We had a mixed salad as a side dish. Bon appetit!
