Ingredients
 

  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 125 g Flour
  • 375 ml Milk
  • Salt pepper
  • Herbs to taste
  • Brown butter

Instructions
 

  • Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks until foamy. Season with salt and pepper
  • Stir in flour and milk alternately
  • Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the egg, flour and milk mixture
  • If you like, you can fold in chopped herbs or sprinkle over the finished junk
  • Heat the brown butter in the pan over medium heat. Pour in approx. 1/4 of the mixture, fry slowly until golden, turn, peel the parsley and keep warm in the oven. Prepare the remaining mixture.
  • We had a mixed salad as a side dish. Bon appetit!
