- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 0,25 Cup Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Curry powder
- Put coconut milk in a small saucepan and warm up a little, add the stock and remove from the plate.
- Meanwhile, grate the eggs finely and add to the coconut milk.
- Season to taste, allow to cool well.
