  • 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 0,25 Cup Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Curry powder
  1. Put coconut milk in a small saucepan and warm up a little, add the stock and remove from the plate.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the eggs finely and add to the coconut milk.
  3. Season to taste, allow to cool well.
  4. Coconut flatbreads were served with coconut flatbreads
