Mango Curry Dip

The perfect mango curry dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Thai chili pepper
  • 0,5 Lime
  • 3 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  1. Peel the mango and put in a blender. Roughly chop the Thai chillies and add. Then add the coconut milk and the curry (yellow) and mix everything well. Squeeze the lime over it and stir again. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little salt and pepper.
