COLD Tomato Sauce

The perfect cold tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 500 g Vine tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram
  • 4 tbsp Spice oil basil
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 100 ml Sieved tomatos
  1. ♥ Cook the spaghetti
  1. ♥ Grate the tomatoes on the coarse side of a grater until only the skin is left
  1. ♥ Chop 1 red onion, add to the tomatoes, season well with salt and pepper, add seasoning oil and oregano & marjoran
  1. ♥ I had to stretch it out a bit today because we spontaneously had more eaters – I therefore added tomatoes that were passed – gave a nice color and didn’t damage the really great taste 🙂
  1. ♥ ♥ ♥ Serve the spaghetti immediately with the sauce & fresh Parmesan ♥ ♥ ♥
