COLD Tomato Sauce
The perfect cold tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 500 g Vine tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram
- 4 tbsp Spice oil basil
- 1 piece Red onion
- 100 ml Sieved tomatos
- ♥ Cook the spaghetti
- ♥ Grate the tomatoes on the coarse side of a grater until only the skin is left
- ♥ Chop 1 red onion, add to the tomatoes, season well with salt and pepper, add seasoning oil and oregano & marjoran
- ♥ I had to stretch it out a bit today because we spontaneously had more eaters – I therefore added tomatoes that were passed – gave a nice color and didn’t damage the really great taste 🙂
- ♥ ♥ ♥ Serve the spaghetti immediately with the sauce & fresh Parmesan ♥ ♥ ♥
