Madeira Cake

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 medium sized Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • Grated zest of an untreated lemon
  • 200 g Whole milk jam
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (gas: level 3). Line a loaf pan (20 cm) with baking paper. ° Beat the sugar and butter in a large bowl with a mixer until frothy.
