- 1 pole Leek
- 0,5 piece Red peppers
- 3 piece Spring onions fresh
- 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 50 ml Cream 10% fat
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 1 piece Meat Pie*
- Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash thoroughly. Remove the “innards” from the peppers and dice. Clean the spring onions and cut into small slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sear all the vegetables in it and simmer until soft. Do not add any water. Finally season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream.
- Cut the remaining chopping roll into 1 cm slices and fry them lightly on both sides in a little fat.
