Vegetables: Creamy Leek Vegetables with Paprika and Rest of Mince Roll

  • 1 pole Leek
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 3 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 50 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 1 piece Meat Pie*
  1. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash thoroughly. Remove the “innards” from the peppers and dice. Clean the spring onions and cut into small slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sear all the vegetables in it and simmer until soft. Do not add any water. Finally season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream.
  3. Cut the remaining chopping roll into 1 cm slices and fry them lightly on both sides in a little fat.
