Ingredients
 

  • 1 Leek
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 50 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 Meat Pie*

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash thoroughly. Remove the "innards" from the peppers and dice. Clean the spring onions and cut into small slices.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sear all the vegetables in it and simmer until soft. Do not add any water. Finally season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream.
  • Cut the remaining chopping roll into 1 cm slices and fry them lightly on both sides in a little fat.
