Turkey Drumstick on Potatoes

The perfect turkey drumstick on potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Turkey drumstick
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary needles
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Chopped thyme
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Herbal qaurk
  • 100 g Milk
  • 1 bunch Chives cut into fine rings
  1. Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges.
  2. Mix the olive oil and rosemary in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.
  3. For the marinade, mix the ketchup with the thyme, paprika powder, lemon zest and oil.
  4. Brush the turkey legs with it, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
  5. Fry in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 50 minutes until crispy.
  6. For the dip, stir the cream cheese, herb quark with a little milk until smooth and season with chives, salt and pepper.
  7. Serve turkey legs and potatoes with the dip.
