Turkey Drumstick on Potatoes

- 4 Turkey drumstick
- 500 g Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Rosemary needles
- Salt pepper
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tsp Chopped thyme
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
- Zest of a lemon
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Herbal qaurk
- 100 g Milk
- 1 bunch Chives cut into fine rings
- Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges.
- Mix the olive oil and rosemary in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.
- For the marinade, mix the ketchup with the thyme, paprika powder, lemon zest and oil.
- Brush the turkey legs with it, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
- Fry in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 50 minutes until crispy.
- For the dip, stir the cream cheese, herb quark with a little milk until smooth and season with chives, salt and pepper.
