Peppered Strawberries with Vanilla Yogurt Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 400 Vanilla curd
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 cl Kirsch
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 0,5 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Elderberry balsamic in-house production
  • Mint leaves
  • Chocolate flakes

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries, cut off the green and cut into small cubes - squeeze the lemon half over the strawberries - grind plenty of pepper over the strawberries - add cherry pork and agave juice - season with the elderberry balsamic vinegar and everything for about 1-2 hours. marinate -
  • Distribute 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla quark in 6 glasses - (I still had some left over from the cake) then marinated strawberries then quark again and finally a fanned half strawberry - garnish with mint leaves and chocolate chips - I still had a leftover blueberries which I used with - but doesn't have to be -
