Mexican Wraps
The perfect mexican wraps recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Wraps
- 1 pack Mixed minced meat
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
- 2 Red onions
- 0,5 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 0,5 a cup Sour cream
- 1 Lemon
- 1 bag Grated cheese
- Tabasco
- 1 bunch Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- Fry the mixed minced meat in a pan. Add tomato paste, a little water, chilli powder, Tabasco, salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of sugar and reduce to a thick measure. Warm up the wraps in the oven or, even better, in the microwave. They dry out faster in the oven. Make a guacamole with the avocados, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, the juice of a lemon, creme fraiche, sour cream and the tabasco. Chop the carrots, tomatoes, cucumber & lettuce hearts and mix. Put all the ingredients for the wraps in small bowls. Now the wraps can be filled as desired.
