Mexican Wraps

The perfect mexican wraps recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Wraps
  • 1 pack Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 2 Red onions
  • 0,5 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,5 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bag Grated cheese
  • Tabasco
  • 1 bunch Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  1. Fry the mixed minced meat in a pan. Add tomato paste, a little water, chilli powder, Tabasco, salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of sugar and reduce to a thick measure. Warm up the wraps in the oven or, even better, in the microwave. They dry out faster in the oven. Make a guacamole with the avocados, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, the juice of a lemon, creme fraiche, sour cream and the tabasco. Chop the carrots, tomatoes, cucumber & lettuce hearts and mix. Put all the ingredients for the wraps in small bowls. Now the wraps can be filled as desired.
