Mexican Gratinated Wraps

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Red chilli
  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 1 a cup Processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp Food starch
  • 0,5 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 Can Tomato preserve 375 ml
  • 1 Pc. Tomato
  • 1 Pc. Medium sized carrot
  • 3 Pc. Spring onion rod
  • 0,5 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 12 Pc. Wrap
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese
  1. Chop up the chicken and fry all over in a little oil. Heat the milk and melt the processed cheese in it. Mix the starch powder with water, bind the sauce with it. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onions, garlic and chopped chilli pepper. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté briefly. Stir in the creme fraiche.
  3. Coarsely grate the cheddar cheese. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture on a wrap. Roll up the wrap. Put the wraps in a baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at around 180 ° for around 30 minutes.
