Mexican Gratinated Wraps

- 500 g Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 Pc. Red chilli
- 0,5 l Milk
- 1 a cup Processed cheese
- 2 tbsp Food starch
- 0,5 Can Corn
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 1 Can Tomato preserve 375 ml
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 1 Pc. Medium sized carrot
- 3 Pc. Spring onion rod
- 0,5 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 12 Pc. Wrap
- 250 g Cheddar cheese
- Chop up the chicken and fry all over in a little oil. Heat the milk and melt the processed cheese in it. Mix the starch powder with water, bind the sauce with it. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onions, garlic and chopped chilli pepper. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté briefly. Stir in the creme fraiche.
- Coarsely grate the cheddar cheese. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture on a wrap. Roll up the wrap. Put the wraps in a baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at around 180 ° for around 30 minutes.
