  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • Lemon balm freshly chopped

  • Mix the buttermilk with the sour cream and lemon zest in a bowl until smooth. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Finally stir in the chives.
