- 125 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Grated lemon peel

- Freshly chopped chives

Instructions
- Mix the buttermilk with the sour cream and lemon zest in a bowl until smooth. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Finally stir in the chives.
