Dessert: Lemon Buttermilk Dessert

- 300 ml Buttermilk
- 100 ml Cream
- 50 g Sugar
- 3 piece Lemons fresh
- 3 sheet Gelatin white
- Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it swell.
- Peel and fillet the lemons. Pour buttermilk over it, add sugar and froth up with the magic wand.
- Whip the cream and carefully stir into the butter milk mixture.
- Dissolve the squeezed out gelatine over the lowest possible heat, mix with two spoons of the dessert cream, add the whole thing back to the entire cream and mix.
- Spread this cream on dessert glasses or bowls and let it set in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and a mint leaf before serving.
