Dessert: Lemon Buttermilk Dessert

The perfect dessert: lemon buttermilk dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 piece Lemons fresh
  • 3 sheet Gelatin white
  1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it swell.
  2. Peel and fillet the lemons. Pour buttermilk over it, add sugar and froth up with the magic wand.
  3. Whip the cream and carefully stir into the butter milk mixture.
  4. Dissolve the squeezed out gelatine over the lowest possible heat, mix with two spoons of the dessert cream, add the whole thing back to the entire cream and mix.
  5. Spread this cream on dessert glasses or bowls and let it set in the refrigerator.
  6. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and a mint leaf before serving.
