Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 100 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and cream of the salad together
  • Peel the garlic and press it directly into the mixture and stir in with the lemon juice
  • Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls and stir in. Just add salt and pepper to taste! Now put in the fridge for at least 1 hour and let it steep. Finished!
