Garlic Dip

The perfect garlic dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 100 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and cream of the salad together
  2. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the mixture and stir in with the lemon juice
  3. Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls and stir in. Just add salt and pepper to taste! Now put in the fridge for at least 1 hour and let it steep. Finished!
  4. Goes wonderfully with my mushrooms from the Christmas market! Take a look at my recipes …..;)
