Ingredients
 

  • 75 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp 8 herb mixture, frozen

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the spring onions, cut in half lengthways and cut into fine rings.
  • Beat the buttermilk, sour cream, white wine vinegar, salt and sugar together well. Fold in the olive oil drop by drop. Mix in the prepared spring onions and 8-herb mixture.
  • Drizzle the dressing over lettuce or vegetable salads.
