Ingredients
- 75 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Olive oil
- 2 Spring onion
- 1 tbsp 8 herb mixture, frozen
Instructions
- Clean and wash the spring onions, cut in half lengthways and cut into fine rings.
- Beat the buttermilk, sour cream, white wine vinegar, salt and sugar together well. Fold in the olive oil drop by drop. Mix in the prepared spring onions and 8-herb mixture.
- Drizzle the dressing over lettuce or vegetable salads.
