- 500 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 4 piece Egg yolk
- 4 tbsp Almond liqueur
- 100 g Blueberries
- 25 piece Amarettini almond biscuits
- Simply put all the ingredients for the mascarpone cream (except for the amarettini and blueberries) in a blender and process into a nice cream.
- Fill each bowl halfway with the mascarpone cream. Roughly crumble the Amarettini biscuits and sprinkle over them. Finally, wash the blueberries and distribute them in the bowls.
