  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 4 piece Egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp Almond liqueur
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 25 piece Amarettini almond biscuits
  1. Simply put all the ingredients for the mascarpone cream (except for the amarettini and blueberries) in a blender and process into a nice cream.
  2. Fill each bowl halfway with the mascarpone cream. Roughly crumble the Amarettini biscuits and sprinkle over them. Finally, wash the blueberries and distribute them in the bowls.
