Pralines: Dark Chocolate for Men

  • 50 g Chocolate 85% cocoa
  • 25 g Milka whole milk from the Alps
  • 60 g Soft butter
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 30 Milliliters Baileys
  • Silver sugar pearls.
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt over a water bath that is not too hot. Mix butter with powdered sugar until creamy. Stir in cocoa powder. Alternate spoonfuls of chocolate and liqueur into the mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Inject portions into praline sleeves. Decorate with silver sugar pearls. Chill to set.
  3. Wrap up nicely as a gift … or enjoy yourself … ;-)) Also suitable for various other occasions (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day …).
