Pralines: Dark Chocolate for Men
The perfect pralines: dark chocolate for men recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Chocolate 85% cocoa
- 25 g Milka whole milk from the Alps
- 60 g Soft butter
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 30 Milliliters Baileys
- Silver sugar pearls.
- Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt over a water bath that is not too hot. Mix butter with powdered sugar until creamy. Stir in cocoa powder. Alternate spoonfuls of chocolate and liqueur into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Inject portions into praline sleeves. Decorate with silver sugar pearls. Chill to set.
- Wrap up nicely as a gift … or enjoy yourself … ;-)) Also suitable for various other occasions (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day …).
