Chicken Paprika

The perfect chicken paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Onion red
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 ml Cream substitute from Rama 7% fat
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Rose paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Cup Rice
  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the onion + bell pepper into strips. First cut the chicken breast fillet lengthways, then crosswise into strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear the meat and season with salt. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat, after 2-3 minutes season vigorously with paprika and add a dash of water and the cream substitute. Simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly more paprika powder.
  4. Put the meat back in the pan and heat it up briefly. Serve immediately with the rice.
