Baked Grilled Potatoes with Onions and Cheese
The perfect baked grilled potatoes with onions and cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Baked potatoes:
- 8 piece Potatoes, in 5mm slices, grilled, see my KB “Grilled Potatoes”
- 1 piece Onion, cut into rings
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil to turn and grease
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
Topping:
- 4 piece Butter flakes
- 40 g Gouda cheese
- 4 piece Rosemary sprigs
Preparation:
- Turn the potato slices in the oil and grill on both sides in the grill pan until lightly browned and season.
To bake:
- Now layer the finished grilled potato slices in a baking dish with the onions and rosemary, and cover the whole thing with the butter and cheese. Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
