Vegetable Soup with Yellow Split Peas

- 1 bunch Sliced spring onion
- 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Diced carrots
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 8 Diced potatoes
- Oil
- Vegeta spice
- 1 Cup Split peas
- 3 tbsp Ajvar
- 1,5 l Boiling water
- 1 Cup Rice pudding
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces, fry them with the peas in hot oil.
- Stir in the Ajvar. Deglaze with the boiling water and season with Vegeta. Let simmer for 15min.
- Add the milk rice and cook for 20 minutes at a low temperature.
