Dessert: Cherry Cream
The perfect dessert: cherry cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Morello cherries glass
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 150 ml Cream 30% fat
- 3 sheet Gelatin white
- A couple of chocolAte sprinkles
- Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar to an almost whitish cream.
- Drain the morello cherries and collect the juice. Add 250 ml of it to the egg cream.
- Let the gelatin soak in a little cold water, squeeze out and dissolve over low heat. Stir into the cherry juice and egg mixture and then chill.
- Beat the cream and egg white until stiff and fold both into the slightly gelled mass. Chill again. (approx. 30 minutes)
- Set some of the cherries aside for decoration and distribute the rest on dessert glasses. Pour the cherry cream over it. Put the glasses back in the fridge until serving.
- Before serving, decorate each serving with a few cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
