Dessert: Cherry Cream

The perfect dessert: cherry cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Morello cherries glass
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 3 sheet Gelatin white
  • A couple of chocolAte sprinkles
  1. Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar to an almost whitish cream.
  2. Drain the morello cherries and collect the juice. Add 250 ml of it to the egg cream.
  3. Let the gelatin soak in a little cold water, squeeze out and dissolve over low heat. Stir into the cherry juice and egg mixture and then chill.
  4. Beat the cream and egg white until stiff and fold both into the slightly gelled mass. Chill again. (approx. 30 minutes)
  5. Set some of the cherries aside for decoration and distribute the rest on dessert glasses. Pour the cherry cream over it. Put the glasses back in the fridge until serving.
  6. Before serving, decorate each serving with a few cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
