Peanut Bread
The perfect peanut bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Whole wheat flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt
- 320 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 piece Roasted peanuts – can
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter heaped
- Roast the peanuts in a pan, if you don’t want whole peanuts in your bread, roast them in the pan and chop them up a little in the food processor. Let the peanuts cool down a bit, in the meantime knead the other ingredients into a dough and finally mix in the peanuts. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Now knead the dough again and fill it into a silicone cake tin, or form a bread yourself and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leave to rest for another 30 minutes! Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat, fill a fireproof bowl with water and place it in the bottom of the oven, place the bread on the lowest rack and bake for about 1 hour, 5 minutes.
