Peanut Bread

  • 500 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 320 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 piece Roasted peanuts – can
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter heaped
  1. Roast the peanuts in a pan, if you don’t want whole peanuts in your bread, roast them in the pan and chop them up a little in the food processor. Let the peanuts cool down a bit, in the meantime knead the other ingredients into a dough and finally mix in the peanuts. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Now knead the dough again and fill it into a silicone cake tin, or form a bread yourself and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leave to rest for another 30 minutes!
