Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 6 Not too sweet apples
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Starch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, lemon juice and egg and knead until a crumbly dough (crumble) forms.
  • Cut the apples (peel if you want) into wedges.
  • Heat the milk and set with the starch-like pudding, let it cool down a little and stir in the sour cream and an egg, sweeten with vanilla sugar.
  • Grease a springform pan (26cm) and crumble about a third of the dough into the pan and press it into place. Pour in the sour cream mass and smooth it out, spread the apples on top and spread the remaining batter on top as a crumble.
  • Bake in the oven and at 180 ° for approx. 55 - 60 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and crispy.
