Smoked Pork in Bacon-coated Bread Roll

- 600 g Smoked pork roast
- 4 Bun old
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Diced ham
- Pepper
- 8 Discs Bacon
- Cut the rolls into small cubes and pour the warmed milk over them.
- Add the eggs and the chopped parsley to the bread roll mixture and mix well.
- Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and sauté with the ham cubes, add to the bread roll mixture, season with pepper and mix well – approx. Let rest for 20 minutes.
