Cake: Apple and Cinnamon Cakes

The perfect cake: apple and cinnamon cakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 120 g Butter
  • 2 pck Baking powder
  • 1 Kg Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Apples
  • Cinammon
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Coarsely grate the apples and mix with the cinnamon and sugar. Work the other ingredients into a dough. Roll out the dough into small triangles, cover with the apple mixture and roll up like a croissant.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180C and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
