Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 120 g Butter
  • 2 packet Baking powder
  • 1 kg Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Apples
  • Cinammon
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grate the apples and mix with the cinnamon and sugar. Work the other ingredients into a dough. Roll out the dough into small triangles, cover with the apple mixture and roll up like a croissant.
  • Bake in the oven at 180C and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
