Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Oil
- 120 g Butter
- 2 packet Baking powder
- 1 kg Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 Apples
- Cinammon
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Coarsely grate the apples and mix with the cinnamon and sugar. Work the other ingredients into a dough. Roll out the dough into small triangles, cover with the apple mixture and roll up like a croissant.
- Bake in the oven at 180C and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
