Ingredients
 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 125 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 packet Custard powder cream or vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 2 Apples

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir together the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the buttermilk and stir in. .
  • Then mix the flour, pudding powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and gradually add to the dough.
  • Finally, fold in the egg white and peel, core, chop or grate the apples and stir into the batter. It is best to place baking paper on the bottom of a springform pan and then put the edge on it so that the cake does not stick. (You can also grease the form with a little fat, as a portion has just under 2 points) Put everything in the form and off to the 180 degree oven.
