Chicken and Bacon Crumbs

The perfect chicken and bacon crumbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Chicken fillets – 4 fillets a 175 g
  • 500 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 8 Discs Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 400 ml Water
  • 75 g Grated Gouda
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sauce thickener
  • 1,5 tsp Instant vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder
  1. Peel the onion and dice finely. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and pat dry the meat and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously, season with salt and pepper, remove.
  1. Put 1 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Add onion cubes, sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  1. Deglaze with water and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Then tie with a sauce thickener. Possibly. season again to taste.
  1. Put the meat and mushroom cream in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
