Chicken and Bacon Crumbs
The perfect chicken and bacon crumbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Chicken fillets – 4 fillets a 175 g
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 8 Discs Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 400 ml Water
- 75 g Grated Gouda
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Sauce thickener
- 1,5 tsp Instant vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder
- Peel the onion and dice finely. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and pat dry the meat and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously, season with salt and pepper, remove.
- Put 1 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Add onion cubes, sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Deglaze with water and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Then tie with a sauce thickener. Possibly. season again to taste.
- Put the meat and mushroom cream in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
