Pan Dish: Mushrooms and Broccoli in Cream Sauce

  • 1 handful Broccoli florets
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 100 ml Vegetable water
  • 100 ml Light cream
  • 100 ml Cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Smoked turkey breast
  1. Bring the broccoli to the boil in salted water, turn off the stove and let it steep for another 5 minutes. Drain, save the water and add the florets to ice-cold water.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Peel and chop garlic. Cut the turkey breast into 1×1 cm cubes.
  3. Steam the onion and garlic in the hot oil. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry over high heat until they have collapsed.
  4. Mix 4,100 ml broccoli water, light cream and cream, add to the mushrooms and bring to the boil while stirring and reduce a little over low heat. Turn off the stove, fold in the broccoli and turkey breast lightly and warm up with. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Very suitable as a protein-rich dinner.
