Pan Dish: Mushrooms and Broccoli in Cream Sauce

- 1 handful Broccoli florets
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 100 ml Vegetable water
- 100 ml Light cream
- 100 ml Cream 10% fat
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Smoked turkey breast
- Bring the broccoli to the boil in salted water, turn off the stove and let it steep for another 5 minutes. Drain, save the water and add the florets to ice-cold water.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Peel and chop garlic. Cut the turkey breast into 1×1 cm cubes.
- Steam the onion and garlic in the hot oil. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry over high heat until they have collapsed.
- Mix 4,100 ml broccoli water, light cream and cream, add to the mushrooms and bring to the boil while stirring and reduce a little over low heat. Turn off the stove, fold in the broccoli and turkey breast lightly and warm up with. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
- Very suitable as a protein-rich dinner.
