Pan Dish: Mushrooms and Broccoli in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 handful Broccoli florets
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 100 ml Vegetable water
  • 100 ml Light cream
  • 100 ml Cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Smoked turkey breast

Instructions
 

  • Bring the broccoli to the boil in salted water, turn off the stove and let it steep for another 5 minutes. Drain, save the water and add the florets to ice-cold water.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Peel and chop garlic. Cut the turkey breast into 1x1 cm cubes.
  • Steam the onion and garlic in the hot oil. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry over high heat until they have collapsed.
  • Mix 4,100 ml broccoli water, light cream and cream, add to the mushrooms and bring to the boil while stirring and reduce a little over low heat. Turn off the stove, fold in the broccoli and turkey breast lightly and warm up with. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
  • Very suitable as a protein-rich dinner.
