  • 500 g Whole wheat flour
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Lukewarm water
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Knead everything into a dough. Then divide the dough into thirds and make baguettes. Let rise in the oven at 50 degrees for a good 10 minutes and then bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. The cream cheese smells intensely after baking, but it tastes only slightly through.
