Ham and Mozzarella Bags

The perfect ham and mozzarella bags recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • Dried Provence herbs
  1. Carefully roll out the puff pastry, divide into 4 parts 1 slice of cooked ham and a thick slice of mozzarella and a few slices of tomato slices, sprinkle with the dried herbs, brush with the whisked egg and shape into small packages … the edges close with a fork and bake the ponds for about 25 minutes at 150 degrees until they are golden yellow.
