Ham and Mozzarella Bags

- 1 role Puff pastry
- 1 Mozzarella
- 150 g Cooked ham
- 3 Fresh tomatoes
- 1 Egg
- Dried Provence herbs
- Carefully roll out the puff pastry, divide into 4 parts 1 slice of cooked ham and a thick slice of mozzarella and a few slices of tomato slices, sprinkle with the dried herbs, brush with the whisked egg and shape into small packages … the edges close with a fork and bake the ponds for about 25 minutes at 150 degrees until they are golden yellow.
