Ingredients

  • 1 roll Puff pastry
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • Dried Provence herbs

Instructions

  • Carefully roll out the puff pastry, divide into 4 parts 1 slice of cooked ham and a thick slice of mozzarella and a few slices of tomato slices, sprinkle with the dried herbs, brush with the whisked egg and shape into small packages ... the edges close with a fork and bake the ponds for about 25 minutes at 150 degrees until they are golden yellow.
  • There was tomato salad
  • My packets didn't turn out so great this time ... my puff pastry roll had a hole in the middle ... it didn't go particularly well ... it tasted anyway
